Do you feel like you’re out of balance? Could be your hormones……

When you feel out of whack – out of kilter, it can make you feel like you’re on another planet, out of sorts.

If you’re like a lot of women, it could be your hormones – and getting balanced can often times be very simple. You might want to follow these simple steps to “recharge” your life – and if you have experienced feelings of mood swings, low energy levels and problems with weight gain, consult your physician and get your blood checked to see where you are with your hormone balance.

Here are some simple ways to “recharge”……

…Start with the SUN. Get out and get those rays – even if there’s cloud cover. Sit and have your coffee by a window or porch. The light for several minutes in the morning can stimulate your mood for the rest of the day.

…Eat protein at every mean. Protein keeps blood sugar in check which keeps hormones in balance.

…Eat Chlorophyll. Leafy greens like spinach, kale and lettuce helps to clean out the toxins that disrupt balance.

…Sleep. If you’re not getting between 7 – 9 hours, you’re throwing fat-regulating hormones out of whack. Bathe in Epsom Salts. The magnesium helps relax muscles and helps with a more restful sleep. If you are able, indulge yourself with 30-minutes before bedtime.

…Whenever you can, Eat Organic. Pesticides found in foods can upset hormones, so going organic as often as you can is recommended.

…Read to relax. Read to unwind – and eliminate electronic devices before you go to bed. Think calm and relaxing.

…Dance. You know, to your favorite music. Close your eyes – think of pleasant things – that special place you went on vacation with that special someone. Exercise and being active perks up your mood and puts you in a better state of mind.
